We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers. Since opening in 2011, we have added over 2,000 providers across 20 locations and continue to grow. About the Role This role, internally called “Client Support Specialist,” is the initial contact for new client intakes and appointment scheduling. The Client Support Specialist is trained to pair new clients with the provider that best fits their needs, building healthy relationships over the phone by educating and setting expectations about insurance, authorizations, payments, and provider policies. No prior medical or insurance experience is required; in-depth training is provided. Responsibilities Create a warm and welcoming phone experience for new clients calling to access mental healthcare for the first time. Match new clients with the mental health provider that best suits their needs. Communicate clearly and effectively. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail when entering client data. Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals. Assist with emotionally challenging phone calls and refer clients in crisis to the appropriate resources. Educate clients about insurance, authorizations, provider policies, and payments. Requirements Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced customer support role. Resilience: Navigate challenging conversations with empathy and maintain composure while supporting clients facing mental health issues. Strong Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and effectively over the phone, email, or Microsoft Teams. Problem‑Solving Skills: Match clients with the appropriate provider based on their needs once trained. Positive Attitude: Maintain a professional and positive attitude, even in challenging situations. Commitment to Community: Passion for improving access to mental health care in the community. Schedule Standard Schedule: Rotates between opening, mid, and closing shifts within operating hours of 7:00 am–8:10 pm. Saturday and Sunday are 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Rotation occurs every 1–3 weeks. Closing Schedule: Work week options include Monday–Friday or Friday–Tuesday. Shift times may be 11:00 am–7:30 pm or 12:00 pm–8:10 pm. Rotation occurs every 1–3 weeks. 4‑10 Schedule: Four 10‑hour workdays per week. Available groupings are Monday–Thursday, Tuesday–Friday, or Wednesday–Saturday. Shift times may be 8:00 am–6:30 pm or 9:30 am–8:10 pm. Weekend shift rotations are 8:00 am–5:00 pm and occur every 1–3 weeks.
