Marketing and Development Manager

OVERVIEW The mission of MHAOhio is to transform how people think about mental illness, make it easier to get help, and give people the support they need to get better and stay better. The Marketing and Development Manager is a highly organized, proactive project manager responsible for creating, managing and executing marketing and communications for MHAOhio programs while coordinating organization-wide marketing, communications, and development initiatives. This position collaborates with program staff, leadership, donors, volunteers, and community partners to keep priorities, timelines, and deliverables aligned. SCHEDULE Work hours are generally 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, flexible based upon work demands and in consultation with supervisor; full-time exempt position. Work setting can be hybrid to include time in office and remote or can be fully in office.
