Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Operations in Johnstown, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers and team members. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and care. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon05:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue05:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, parking areas, and perimeter. Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and maintaining a professional presence to help deter unauthorized activity. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
