Customer Service Representative

• M-F à must be open to work ANY shift between 8am-8pm
• Training is 9am-5:30pm
• Start date: September 28th
• Currently listed as a contract through February, but could go longer!
• Onsite in Cary, NC for 6 weeks of training and then hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
• Customer service role handling inbound and outbound calls helping patients with prescription statuses, insurance verifications, etc. 

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cary, NC.

The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $20.40/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a hybrid position in Cary,NC.
