This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements effectively. Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and submit permit applications to relevant authorities. Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary documentation for permits. Track the status of permit applications and ensure timely approvals. Communicate with regulatory agencies to address any questions or issues. Maintain accurate records of all permits and related documentation. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications: 1 to 2 years related permitting or project management experience. Knowledge of real estate industries practices, procedures and documents. Knowledge of the electrical utility industry desired. Proven customer service and communication skills. Proven team-building and organization skills.
