Tax Director

Yahoo Holdings Inc.

Yahoo’s Global Tax Operations team seeks a Director of Income Tax Operations (IC6) to lead the preparation and review of consolidated tax provisions and disclosures. You will mentor the tax accounting team and coordinate with External Reporting, FP&A, accounting, and external auditors.

You will modernize workflows with automation, Oracle Financials, and AI, while maintaining rigorous governance and data integrity. Strong ASC 740 expertise is essential.
