Information Technology Support Analyst

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, solving everyday tech issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

You will be the first point of contact for our team members needing IT assistance, providing support and guidance in a friendly and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to team members via chat, email, and phone

• Help with setup and troubleshooting of systems, applications, and accounts

• Assist with onboarding new employees from an IT perspective

• Document issues and solutions for future reference

• Collaborate with the wider IT team to improve our support process

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Basic understanding of IT systems, tools, and applications

• A customer-first mindset and patience in resolving issues

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Prior experience in IT support or a related role is an advantage, but not mandatory
