Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and follow-up care, administering crisis intervention as necessary to ensure the immediate safety and wellbeing of clients.

• Participate in regular case conferences and treatment planning meetings, collaborating with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize clinical documentation systems to maintain up-to-date case notes, treatment progress reports, and statistical reports required for compliance and organizational oversight.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that provide support and guidance to clients navigating relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.

• Coordinate care with community resources, including Reentry Social Workers, to ensure seamless transitions for clients moving between levels of care.

• Supervise social work interns and volunteers, providing mentorship and guidance as they gain hands-on experience in the field.

• Maintain compliance with all medical and mental health regulations, participating in health and mental health rounds as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In this remote full-time role, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year based on experience and credentials.
