Member Experience Associate (Part-Time) - Los Angeles

About the Role As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will be the first point of contact for members, preparing the office each day, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless experience for new and existing members. Responsibilities Prepare the office for the day, including brewing coffee, setting out breakfast, and stocking shared amenities. Take ownership of inventory management and ordering supplies for the location. Design and build event signage and decor, paying attention to detail. Setup new members in multiple systems so their first day is seamless. Troubleshoot IT and Wi‑Fi issues as needed. Participate in local marketing events to showcase our flexible solutions to prospective members. Assist with tours when another member experience manager is engaged elsewhere. Qualifications No member request is too big or too small to handle; you’re efficient and helpful. You thrive on meeting people and work well in a team environment. You create order from chaos and plan proactively, anticipating problems before they arise. You are resilient, embracing routine while adapting to unexpected challenges. You are willing to get your hands dirty and do the behind‑the‑scenes work that supports member success. You continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and workflow. Requirements Perform repetitive tasks that involve lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods. Operate machines and appliances such as printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, and kitchen utensils. Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, complying with health and safety regulations. Maintain sanitary work areas and follow safety protocols. Compensation and Benefits The hourly compensation for this position starts at $25.25 . The actual base compensation will be based on work experience, job‑related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications. You will also receive the following perks: Fixed part‑time hours to suit your schedule. Commuter stipend of $100 per quarter. Eligible for up to $500 in bonus pay every six months.
