Worth, TX 76244 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No nights or weekends!) Are you ready to join an established agency that puts its clients first? The Jennifer Haring Agency is looking for a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our trucking and commercial clients. We’re hiring immediately to replace a valued team member who will be leaving at the end of the year. The best part? You’ll receive hands-on training from this departing team member to ensure a smooth transition into the role. What We Offer Competitive Salary + Commission: Base pay, plus commissions for retaining clients and generating new business. Provide high-quality service to clients by answering questions, issuing Certificates of Insurance, and proactively addressing needs. Oversee billing, policy retention, and documentation, keeping clients informed and supported. Shop renewals on behalf of clients, handling all aspects from premium collection to signature gathering. Requirements What We’re Looking For ONLY APPLICANTS WITH A TX. PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE WILL BE CONSIDERED 2+ years of commercial insurance experience is REQUIRED (Trucking insurance experience is a big plus). Bi-lingual proficiency (Spanish).
