Family Protect Insurance is expanding its Lincoln Heritage Final Expense sales team. We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want to build a successful insurance career with leads provided, flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and team support.

Whether you already have insurance experience or are entering the industry, we provide the resources and guidance needed to help you understand the product, connect with interested families, and build a consistent sales business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Contact families who have expressed interest in Final Expense coverage

• Learn about each client’s needs and budget

• Present suitable Lincoln Heritage Final Expense options

• Complete electronic insurance applications

• Manage your schedule, leads, and client follow-up

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Coachable and willing to follow an established process

• Self-motivated, dependable, and consistent

• Comfortable speaking with clients and building relationships

• Interested in performance-based income

• Able to manage a flexible and independent schedule

• Life insurance licensed or willing to complete the licensing process

Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required. Character, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn are equally important.
