Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Support Analyst to join their team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on desktop and software support to a diverse enterprise user base, ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide general desktop hardware support to end users
• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 software support at an enterprise scale
• Assist a wide range of end users with desktop and technology needs
• Respond to and resolve ServiceNow tickets in a timely manner
• Maintain and manage office technology infrastructure
• Deliver front-facing customer service with professionalism
• Provide backend Microsoft Office suite support including MS365 and SharePoint
• Manage devices via Microsoft Intune
• Administer and support Active Directory
• Perform remote management and support using Bomgar

Required Skills

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Windows 11 proficiency
• Microsoft Office, MS365, SharePoint

• ServiceNow ticketing system experience
• Bomgar remote management
• Cloud storage experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large enterprise environments with 10,000+ end users
• Background in Commercial Real Estate, Banking, or Law Firm IT support
• A/V and conference room support (Zoom or Teams)
• Experience with Apple iOS devices
• Adobe Acrobat proficiency
