Crumbl is the nation's largest gourmet dessert company, with over 1,100 stores across the U.S. and Canada—and we only opened our first store in 2017. We rotate our menu of cookies, cakes, cups and pies EVERY week, giving our customers many reasons to always try something new. Our "Open Bakery" concept gives customers a front-row seat as we prepare their desserts from scratch! What You'll Do:
This is for early Saturday mornings only. Great if you are looking for a part time job! AM Bakers are in charge of following all of Crumbl recipes and keeping pace of the mix plan for the day. You will be balling, forming, portioning, and baking dough in assembly with speed and efficiency. No baking expirence needed! We will train and provide you with all the tools, scoops, spreaders, and scales you need! You only need a great attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for perfection. Earn raises as you complete training milestones. Minimum Job Requirements:
- At least 17 years old (required to operate mixing equipment)
- Must be available to work Saturday mornings with options to pick up other shifts.
- Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
- Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
- Must be able to read recipes and measure accurately.
- Working knowledge of Hobart mixers and previous baking/production experience is a plus.
- Earn Paid Time Off from day one (up to 80 hours annually)
