About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Supply Chain and Procurement to take on a pivotal role in defining and owning the global supply chain, vendor ecosystem, procurement operations, and cost management strategy. This executive will be responsible for building and leading the global procurement function, establishing processes, and controls, and personally leading strategic vendor negotiations. The successful candidate will be tasked with setting and delivering enterprise-wide cost-saving targets, optimizing inventory, and working capital, and establishing a robust vendor performance framework. They must have deep experience with ERP systems, procurement tools, and supply chain analytics, and be adept at leading major system implementations. C-suite-level communication, executive presence, and the ability to influence across functions are essential. Experience in private-equity-backed or performance-driven environments is highly valued, and M&A integration experience is a plus.
