Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.What You'll DoProvide strategic compensation partnership and guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders across assigned client groupsSupport compensation decisions related to job evaluations, market pricing, offers, promotional increases, department reorganizations, and compensation communicationsLead or support large and complex compensation projects, including planning, market analysis, recommendations, stakeholder alignment, implementation, and communicationsConduct compensation studies to support pay strategy, competitive market positioning, and broader compensation opportunitiesHelp develop, administer, and communicate compensation programs, guidelines, and practices that support consistency and complianceWhat You'll Bring5+ years of direct compensation experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources, Finance, or a related fieldStrong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills, with advanced experience working with spreadsheets and compensation dataExcellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organizationStrong working knowledge of compensation policies, practices, and compensation-related laws#LI-AC5Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
