** Responsibilities **

• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates through social media, job boards, cold calling, and other channels.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new drivers.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with HR teams on employment law compliance, contracts, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through relationship management techniques and talent pipeline development.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance sourcing strategies and improve talent acquisition efforts.
• Coordinate with internal departments on driver needs, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

** Requirements **

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, or logistics recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations relevant to remote hiring practices across different regions.
• Experience with HR sourcing tools including social media management platforms and lead generation techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in candidate evaluation and documentation.
