In this role, you will support a variety of human resources programs and services while serving as a trusted resource for employees and supervisors across a diverse workforce. Working under the guidance of experienced HR professionals, you will assist with employee relations, recruitment and employment processes, training and workforce development initiatives, employee onboarding, benefits, and other HR functions that support the daily operations of Facilities Management.The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting employees at all levels of the organization.
