Motive
Motive is seeking a Lead FP&A Analyst for the GTM Finance team in New York. You will translate performance into insights, support disciplined planning, and guide leadership with data-driven decisions about growth, efficiency, capacity, and investment. You will own forecasting, lead variance analysis, and build models covering headcount and GTM investments.
