Head of Implementation

The Opportunity To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for an Implementation Leader to own full-cycle Asseta implementations for our clients. Beyond leading delivery, you'll build and manage the Asseta implementation team, design efficient onboarding processes, and ensure successful delivery across every phase — from requirements gathering through post-go-live stabilization. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on clients managing some of the most sophisticated private wealth in the world, and the chance to stand up a strategic, enterprise-grade implementation practice from the ground up. As an Implementation Leader, You Will Lead end-to-end Asseta implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Translate business processes into functional Asseta configurations across financials and investments. Manage the implementation lifecycle in line with best practices and Asseta's delivery standards. Oversee integrations with third-party systems (Ramp, Bill.com, Addepar, Plaid, and others) in coordination with internal integration and development teams. Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing implementation team spanning functional, technical, and support consultants — assigning roles, managing workloads, and overseeing delivery timelines. Provide mentorship, quality assurance, and hands‑on support to junior team members. Serve as the primary client‑facing lead for all Asseta project activities, facilitating workshops, contributing to design sessions, and leading client and team training. Develop and maintain the project plan, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategy, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of all milestones from CRP to UAT to Go-Live. Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations. Drive process optimization by leveraging Asseta's capabilities to streamline and automate implementation, and continually refine onboarding documentation and the client experience. Qualifications 5+ years of implementation experience (financial software systems preferred). Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and investment processes. Hands‑on experience with configuration, customization, and data migration. Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills. Demonstrated experience building and managing implementation teams. Experience in consulting or multi‑client project environments strongly preferred. Family office or family‑office‑adjacent experience is a meaningful plus. Compensation and Benefits Asseta offers competitive compensation along with a benefits package that includes: Base salary of $130,000 – $180,000. Equity plan eligibility. Unlimited paid time off.
