Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with tools? We're seeking an Assembler to join our production team, assembling and finishing high-quality plastic and mechanical components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or assembly experience who takes pride in producing quality products and working as part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Assemble plastic and mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to build finished products.
• Operate secondary processing and assembly equipment.
• Inspect, test, and package completed products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work alongside a team to support molding, assembly, and production operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while meeting daily production goals.

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Work Environment

This position is based in an active manufacturing facility with a collaborative team environment. Employees work on production lines performing molding, assembly, finishing, and quality inspection tasks. The role requires standing for most of the shift and working in a hands-on environment where teamwork, safety, and quality are essential to success.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
