Preowned Sales Manager
Milnes Ford, Inc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Preowned Sales Manager to join our team in Lapeer, MI. In this role, you will lead and oversee the sales of our preowned vehicle inventory, driving growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your expertise in sales management and passion for the automotive industry will be essential in achieving our dealership's goals and maintaining our excellent reputation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the preowned sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline vehicle preparation and delivery processes.

Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in preowned vehicle sales.
