Job Description Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager I to support all general areas of Human Resources, including managing turnover, recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration, and driving positive employee relations. Responsibilities Manage employee turnover, recruit staff, oversee payroll and benefits administration, and maintain positive employee relations. Skills / Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet/intranet Working knowledge of HR-related legal areas including FMLA, ADA, EEO/AF, Workers' Compensation, unemployment, and OSHA requirements Preferred Experience managing a Workers' Compensation program Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
