Magazine's 5000 list and were recently named one of Inc.'s 2024 Mid-Atlantic Fastest Growing companies.Position is contingent upon contract award.Summary:Provide HR support to the Workforce Development Branch within the HR Office.Maintain and update training systems, including course registration tools, course offerings, registration lists, and course catalogs.Escort instructors and employees to training classrooms and track attendance.Monitor and track candidates for external leadership development programs.Monitor mandatory training requirements, report delinquent training status, and update training records and systems.Support the Academic Program Manager by tracking course completions, maintaining continued service agreements, and processing book reimbursement documentation.Assist with onboarding by preparing, printing, copying, and distributing onboarding materials and maintaining onboarding schedules.Deliver instructor course materials to classrooms as needed.Distribute, collect, and process course evaluation surveys. Requirements:5 years of experience providing Human Resources services in Workforce Development.Knowledge of Government regulations, policies, and practices under Title 5, United States Code, and other statutes and legal Authorities for Federal Human Resources.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, technical human resources functions for the above program areas to include examining human resources laws, policies, rules, and procedures.High School Diploma or GED.FYI's Benefits/Incentives: What is in it for you?Opportunity to work a hybrid work scheduleA knowledgeable, high-achieving, diverse, experienced, and fun team.The chance to be part of a rapidly growing company and the next success story.A competitive base salary with a loaded benefits package plus 401K.Tuition/education assistance, personal computer allowance, pet insurance.
