Ad Operations Associate

Supporting end-to-end advertising operations, the fully remote Ad Operations Associate will manage campaign setup, QA, and troubleshooting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of promotional campaigns. Key responsibilities Manage rapid-turn promotional campaigns for enterprise and midmarket restaurant clients Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for campaign performance tracking Create and maintain dashboards and reports for cross-functional partners Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in scaled ad operations, digital advertising, or similar operational environments 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and creating dashboards Strong ad troubleshooting and campaign QA experience Ability to work independently and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders Experience with Figma and/or Photoshop is a plus
