We provide various asset management and operations-oriented technical services such as building maintenance, preventive maintenance, project management, construction management, energy management, repairs, and troubleshooting of facility assets.The Certified HVAC Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC/Steam systems, conducting diagnostics, and ensuring all components are functioning safely and efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting, installations, preventive maintenance, and compliance with all codes and safety regulations. Additional tasks may include general facility maintenance and equipment support.Location: Boston Logan International Airport Shift: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6:00 AM-2:30 PMThe pay range for this position is $40-45 hourly. The actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location. Keystone Management, LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity across all roles.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment including compressors, condensers, pumps, valves, thermostats, and other system componentsConduct preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration unitsAir handlersHeating exchanges/ChillersTroubleshoot HVAC issues and operate steam systemsUse CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to manage work orders and log hoursAdjust settings using Building Management Systems (BMS) platformsPerform basic general maintenance and support emergency on-call rotationAssist with inspections and coordinate with external vendorsMaintain a clean, safe work area and comply with OSHA and PPE guidelinesCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsAvailable to work flexible shifts as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentHVAC/R Certification – RequiredWorking Conditions & Physical RequirementsMust be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 75 lbsComfortable working on ladders and rooftopsRegular exposure to mechanical, electrical, and environmental conditionsAbility to walk long distances and operate tools and vehiclesMust live within a 45-minute drive of the worksiteMust have a valid driver's licenseOther RequirementsPass drug screeningPass Keystone and FAA background checksPass driving history checkFlexible availability for multiple shifts or emergency callsKeystone Management is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
