Desktop Support TechnicianWe are looking for a Desktop Support Technician in Brookfield, WI for a 3 month contract-to-hire opportunity providing desktop support service.Qualifications3+ years of Desktop Support experienceHS Diploma or GED, AA or BS degree preferredCompTIA A+ Certification preferredGreat customer service skillsResponsibilitiesProviding desktop support to usersDeliver exceptional, white glove customer serviceInteracting and servicing clients with any technical problem they are experiencing.Be helpful, relatable, and pleasant while diagnosing and fixing their problemsSolve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systemsBe helpful and understandingCustomize the customer experience for every individualPrepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service issuesService customers with whatever technical issues they may have in the most pleasant way possible
