Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create personalized therapy approaches to help them reach their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and essential daily activities.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic and comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide training on therapeutic methods to empower patients and their support systems for continued success outside of sessions.
• Track Progress and Adjust Care: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary modifications to treatment plans to ensure patient progress remains on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education opportunities and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Licenses & Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• Current NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
