Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in conjunction with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide thorough, well-rounded care.
  • Empower Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families on therapy methods to encourage ongoing progress outside of sessions.
  • Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical results and adapt treatment methods as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track to meet their goals.
Education Qualifications
  • Earned a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Encouragement and support for continuing education or advanced certifications.
Certification Requirements
  • Possess a valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
