Work Environment

This full-time position requires working onsite in our Fresno facility. Our practice operates primarily during regular business hours—Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.—ensuring a balanced work-life experience for our staff. The onsite setting allows for hands-on patient interaction, providing necessary therapeutic interventions while promoting a collaborative atmosphere where teamwork flourishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, establishing clear objectives tailored to individual needs.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, ensuring that you see one patient per hour while maintaining high standards of care and attention.
• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation exercises to enhance patient mobility and function.
• Design and implement personalized care plans that address patients' unique challenges, focusing on their goals for recovery and improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on observed outcomes and feedback.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, as well as internal protocols.
• Participate in collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. The patient demographic includes individuals of all ages, many of whom seek treatment to manage pain, improve mobility, and achieve optimal functional recovery. Your focus will be on fostering a supportive environment that empowers these individuals through tailored interventions, educational resources, and motivational support.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California is mandatory.
• A clean professional record with no instances of board actions or disciplinary measures.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient clinic is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems, particularly WebPT, is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
