Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite, requiring therapists to work directly within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Fresno. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. The clinic hosts a team of dynamic professionals, including two physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant, all committed to excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to ascertain their needs and treatment goals.
• Maintain a dedicated patient load, typically seeing one patient per hour to ensure personalized attention and care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility and strength.
• Employ manual therapy techniques and exercise programming to facilitate recovery and improve functional performance.
• Educate patients on best practices for physical health, including the significance of a healthy lifestyle, exercises, and preventative care.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, WebPT.
• Regularly assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical evidence and patient feedback.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions requiring orthopedic rehabilitation. We focus on high-quality, evidence-based care to enhance patients' physical abilities and promote their overall well-being. The client demographic includes athletes and individuals recovering from surgery or injury, allowing you to witness firsthand the transformative impact of effective physical therapy.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in California with no disciplinary actions against it.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the creation of effective exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and engage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• A commitment to evidence-based practice and a passion for ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
