Our practice primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance, focused on delivering effective and evidence-based physical therapy services.

Work Environment

This position is onsite at our outpatient office, where you will work closely with fellow healthcare professionals to provide personalized care. The physical therapy team is supportive and collaborative, fostering an environment where you can thrive professionally while making a tangible impact on patients' lives. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a predictable and fulfilling work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand individual patient goals, customizing treatment plans for optimal recovery.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring comprehensive attention to each client's unique needs.
• Develop and implement effective care plans that integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Utilize strong manual therapy skills in treatment sessions, enhancing patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment approaches as necessary, and maintain open lines of communication.
• Document detailed notes and patient progress in our EMR system, ensuring accurate records are maintained for continuity of care.
• Provide education and resources to patients about their conditions and the benefits of a proactive, healthy lifestyle.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, providing insights and recommendations to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Stay informed on the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy to continually improve outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or musculoskeletal conditions. By offering personalized therapy, you will help patients improve their mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional abilities. You'll be a part of their journey to recovery, motivating them and promoting a healthy lifestyle tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary measures affecting licensure.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of effective exercise programs.
• Experience with EMR software, particularly WebPT, is preferred to streamline documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is a strong advantage.
• Experience in creating targeted fitness and wellness programs for diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 125,000 based on experience and qualifications.
