The Fore Front Ortho Care Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping patients recover their movement abilities and improve their overall quality of life. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will deliver personalized therapies and rehabilitation strategies aimed at restoring function and mitigating pain for various orthopedic conditions.

Our clinic specializes in providing top-notch physical therapy services to patients dealing with musculoskeletal injuries. Our facility, encompassing 5,000 square feet, is equipped with state-of-the-art sports medicine resources and is designed to foster a healing environment.

Work Environment

At our clinic, you will work onsite in a collaborative atmosphere among a committed team of professionals, including two skilled Physical Therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). The full-time schedule spans Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. Our practice is primarily focused on managing patients with private insurance, allowing for comprehensive treatment plans without the constraints often found in larger healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions through detailed assessments and establish tailored rehabilitation programs that meet their individual goals.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, typically treating one patient per hour, and ensure that each treatment session is maximized for effectiveness.
• Provide a wide array of therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at improving range of motion and functional capacity.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that address prevention, intervention, and rehabilitation strategies, considering non-surgical options and pain management protocols.
• Instruct and mentor patients on personalized fitness and wellness programs to ensure their active participation in recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care and track treatment progress, outcomes, and compliance with care recommendations.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and optimum treatment outcomes.
• Actively communicate with patients to keep them motivated and informed throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Regularly review and adapt treatment plans based on patient feedback and evolving needs to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse population of patients who are seeking recovery from orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, arthritis, and chronic pain syndromes. You will be instrumental in fostering a supportive environment that encourages patient engagement and self-management in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid and current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record free from any disciplinary actions or board infractions.
• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription, demonstrating an ability to effectively manage diverse patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of current trends in sports medicine and rehabilitation will be an asset.
• Ability to achieve positive, measurable outcomes in physical therapy interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
