Work Environment

The outpatient facility is located in a well-equipped office that allows for direct, face-to-face interactions with patients. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Twin Mountain Physical Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating patients' conditions and developing tailored physical therapy treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Selecting and administering manual exercises and therapeutic modalities, as well as teaching patients the proper utilization of assistive devices.
• Assisting patients with therapeutic exercises, monitoring their performance, and providing constructive feedback to ensure effective progression.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs to promote well-rounded recovery at home.
• Tracking and documenting patients' responses and progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observed outcomes.
• Overseeing the work of support personnel, providing them with clinical direction and ongoing mentorship.
• Contributing to quality assurance initiatives by monitoring therapy outcomes and implementing improvements where necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients at Twin Mountain Physical Therapy come from various backgrounds and present a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in good standing is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required for graduates prior to 2002, while a Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required for those graduated after 2002.
• Prior experience is a plus, but we welcome applications from new graduates and those with minimal experience who show potential and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
