Work Environment

Located in the heart of Fresno, our outpatient office is designed to create a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. As a Physical Therapist, you will work directly in a collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art therapy equipment and technology, enabling you to deliver high-quality care. Your typical work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration while concentrating on the well-being of your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on comprehensive patient evaluations, incorporating manual exercises and the latest therapeutic techniques.
• Guide and motivate patients in performing therapeutic exercises while educating them and their families about home exercise programs and self-care strategies to enhance recovery.
• Administer physical therapy treatments and monitor progress, offering clinical direction to support personnel, ensuring treatments are delivered safely and effectively.
• Continuously assess patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, documenting outcomes to align with best clinical practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through mentorship programs and preceptorship roles, contributing to the advancement of less experienced staff.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to uphold the highest standards of care, while embracing any additional tasks assigned by the supervisory team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will encompass a varied patient demographic, including individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain, or navigating rehabilitation following injury. This role demands a compassionate approach to connecting with patients, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout their rehabilitation process. Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in good standing within California.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; candidates with a Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy are preferred.
• Up to two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting preferred, reflecting familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation.
• Strong knowledge of current physical therapy practices and trends, as well as experience in utilizing technology for patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
