Work Environment

Your work will take place on-site at our outpatient office in Fresno, where we foster a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. You will be joining a dedicated team of professionals consisting of two licensed physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our facility is designed for hands-on treatment, with private rooms for therapy sessions, rehabilitation equipment, and areas designated for strength and mobility training. Key Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and rehabilitate patients with orthopedic conditions, using a variety of techniques to restore mobility and functionality.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' specific goals and rehabilitation needs, ensuring thorough documentation of care.
• Conduct patient evaluations to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments.
• Manage a patient caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, prioritizing their comfort and treatment outcomes during each session.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at pain management.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, rehabilitation techniques, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance recovery and prevent further injury.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, for documentation and tracking of patient progress.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment journey by fostering an encouraging environment and instilling confidence in their rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions taken against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse range of patient demographics and conditions.
• Certifications in specialized physical therapy techniques or modalities are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
