Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to effectively identify their goals and needs.
• Manage a patient caseload, treating one individual per hour, thereby ensuring personalized and focused therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate diverse treatment techniques tailored to the unique challenges faced by each patient.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to enhance patients' range of motion and functional mobility.
• Strategically design fitness and wellness programs aimed at addressing the specific rehabilitation needs of each client.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their journey, promoting adherence to therapy and encouraging lifestyle changes that enhance recovery.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as physicians and other therapists to provide comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness continuously, making necessary adjustments to optimize recovery processes.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention and healthy lifestyle choices, aiming to reduce dependency on medications and surgical interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license issued by the state of California.
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and practical experience in developing and implementing effective exercise protocols.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to streamline patient documentation and communication.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean professional record, free from any disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, with familiarity in treating sports-related injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.
• A background in evidence-based treatment modalities that enhances the rehabilitation process and patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, reflecting the expertise and dedication you bring to our team.
