This onsite position is based in a modern rehabilitation facility in Fresno, California, where you will work closely with a dedicated team focused on patient wellness and functional recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' specific functional goals and requirements, crafting individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring attentive and comprehensive care tailored to each patient's unique rehabilitation journey.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve patient outcomes and restore movement efficiently.
• Develop and implement cost-effective treatment plans that enhance clients' range of motion, mobility, and overall functional status while minimizing the reliance on medications.
• Document treatment services and patient progress meticulously to maintain clear communication and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Motivate and guide patients through their rehabilitation exercises to encourage adherence and optimize their performance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, integrating feedback into treatment modifications as necessary.
• Continuously evaluate treatment outcomes and progress, adjusting care plans to better meet evolving patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic outpatient cases. You will work with patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions, offering a combination of preventive care, active rehabilitation, and wellness promotion. Your ability to design customized fitness and wellness programs will empower patients to achieve not just recovery, but also improved health and lifestyle quality.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active and valid physical therapy license in California.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Strong background in manual therapy techniques and proficiency in developing and implementing exercise protocols.
• Experience using EMR Software, specifically WebPT, to streamline documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly valued.
• Proven track record of achieving patient outcomes through innovative treatment strategies and patient engagement techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, with opportunities for additional bonuses based on performance.
