Work Environment

Working onsite in an outpatient office setting, you will find a supportive environment where team collaboration is key. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition, and develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with physician referrals.
• Implement and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and other treatment modalities tailored to their specific recovery goals.
• Maintain excellent documentation of treatment sessions, including progress notes and outcome measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment approaches that maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care to empower them in their recovery processes.
• Meet established performance metrics and utilization goals that contribute to the clinic's operational success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Theradynamics, you will treat a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, pediatric patients requiring developmental support, neurologic cases needing specialized interventions, and athletes dealing with sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Possess a valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in California.
• Hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Demonstrate proficiency in word processing and computer skills essential for managing patient records.

• Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
