Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, focusing on optimizing recovery and enhancing quality of life.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including hands-on modalities, exercise prescriptions, and technology-driven interventions.
• Educate patients and their families regarding healthy lifestyle choices, body mechanics, and strategies for maintaining independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress through meticulous record-keeping, adjusting treatment protocols when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
