Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories, performing physical assessments, and using diagnostic tools to set measurable treatment goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment protocols that align with best practices and the specific needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on ongoing patient feedback and progress.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with state regulatory standards.
• Meet established productivity benchmarks while managing a flexible patient schedule, exemplifying punctuality and professionalism.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in workshops, seminars, and other educational opportunities offered by the center.
• Actively contribute to community outreach initiatives to promote health awareness and accessibility to rehabilitation services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists primarily of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will be instrumental in helping patients regain their mobility and strength, utilizing evidence-based practices that demonstrate tangible improvements in their quality of life. Your empathetic and compassionate approach will significantly enhance their rehabilitation experience, making a lasting impact on their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure in California as a Physical Therapist.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

• While prior experience in an orthopedic setting is advantageous, we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in their careers.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
