Key Responsibilities

You will have a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical function and rehabilitation needs.
• Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans that align with the medical team's goals for patient recovery.
• Delivering therapeutic interventions that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and action plans for home care.
• Educating patients and their families on treatment processes, exercises, and use of assistive devices.
• Collaborating with physicians, referring them conditions and progress for continuous improvement in treatment approaches.
• Prioritizing patient caseloads effectively while ensuring timely and coordinated care delivery.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of patient progress and outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population ranging from young adults recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients needing rehabilitation after surgery or illness. Our multidisciplinary approach allows your expertise to shine as you create personalized treatment plans and foster meaningful relationships with patients, enhancing their healing journey.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and a collaborative team approach.

Preferred Experience

While no prior experience is necessary, applicants with previous internships or clinical rotations focusing on physical therapy in orthopedic settings will be viewed favorably. Demonstrated experience in effective patient communication and teamwork will enhance candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
