Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalized physical therapy services through comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans, working in coordination with the physician and the patient care team.
• Evaluate patients' therapeutic and rehabilitative needs, developing and implementing strategies aimed at achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Administer physical treatment modalities and exercise programs to meet specific patient needs, facilitating recovery and enhancing functional abilities.
• Provide patient education on therapeutic exercises, use of adaptive equipment, and self-care techniques, empowering patients and their families to continue care outside of clinical sessions.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, prioritizing patient needs and coordinating daily staffing assignments to improve workflow and patient care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services cater to a diverse patient population, encompassing a range of ages and conditions from pediatric to adult orthopedics. You will work with patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and other debilitating conditions that require tailored therapeutic interventions. Qualifications

• A current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• While no prior experience is required, candidates with experience in an inpatient rehabilitation environment or orthopedic physical therapy will be given preference.
