Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Pro Active Physio Clinic, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for both pediatric and adult clients, accurately assessing their physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, setting specific, measurable goals to track progress.
• Regularly reassess patient progress to evaluate treatment effectiveness, modify treatment plans as necessary, and make necessary adjustments to patient goals.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical information in the electronic medical record system in accordance with clinic protocols, ensuring documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, including therapeutic techniques and potential challenges they may encounter, fostering a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the clinic, ensuring coordinated care for clients receiving multiple therapy services.
