Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist for Orthopedic Rehabilitation

We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Saddle Mind Rehab & Wellness Center. This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced orthopedic outpatient setting located in Fresno, California. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in empowering patients to regain their mobility and enhance their overall quality of life.

Saddle Mind Rehab & Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art, 5,000 square foot facility specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation. Our center is equipped with advanced sports medicine technology and tailored treatment options designed to address the unique needs of our patients. Our experienced team consists of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), creating an environment of collaboration and support.

Work Environment

Located in Fresno, our outpatient office offers a welcoming and lively atmosphere where innovation and teamwork flourish. We operate monday to friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and cater primarily to patients with private medical insurance. Each therapist manages a patient load of approximately one patient per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to formulate and implement personalized care plans that address patient goals and needs.
• Utilize a diverse range of treatment techniques that enhance clients' mobility, helping to prevent surgical interventions and reduce reliance on medications.
• Motivate and engage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to maximize functional abilities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment strategies and promote multidisciplinary care.
• Monitor patient progress, assess treatment outcomes, and adapt interventions based on ongoing evaluations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient care processes and services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop tailored fitness and wellness programs that align with each patient's specific recovery goals.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient population consists of individuals seeking orthopedic rehabilitation, including those recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board actions against the license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT or similar platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in developing and delivering effective therapeutic exercise programs.
• Expertise in utilizing innovative treatment methodologies and patient engagement practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
