Work Environment

This full-time position will take place in an onsite setting, where you will engage with patients directly within our modern facility. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent framework to focus on patient care and professional collaboration. Our site is designed to facilitate an efficient and comfortable treatment process for both staff and patients, ensuring that all individuals receive the attention and resources they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a structured caseload, typically treating one patient per hour to ensure focused and quality care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide effective physical therapy interventions and rehabilitation strategies.
• Incorporate manual therapy techniques and exercise regimens, adapting plans based on patient feedback and progress.
• Document treatment results meticulously, maintaining accurate records that comply with healthcare regulations.

• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically experience with WebPT.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
