Pro Movement Physical Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Fresno, California. Our dedicated team includes two licensed physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), all committed to promoting optimal recovery outcomes through personalized treatment plans.

Work Environment

This onsite position at our well-equipped rehabilitation center allows for hands-on patient interaction and a strong collaborative spirit amongst healthcare professionals. As a member of our team, you will work in a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their individual needs and establish personalized goals for recovery.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to develop effective treatment plans aimed at enhancing strength, mobility, and independence.
• Maintain a patient load that allows for one-on-one treatment, ensuring each patient receives optimal attention and care.
• Employ advanced manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to address patient-specific conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maximize treatment effectiveness and ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately in EMR software, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Educate patients and their families on wellness practices and preventive care strategies to promote long-term health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient base consists of individuals covered by private medical insurance, seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred) from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• A clean record without any disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills complemented by proficiency in developing individualized exercise routines.
• Experience with EMR software, specifically WebPT, is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a Physical Therapist, particularly within orthopedic outpatient care settings. A demonstrated ability to provide cost-effective treatment alternatives and a strong commitment to patient-centered care practices will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary between USD 90,000 and 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full benefits are included, enhancing your overall compensation package.
