What You'll Be Doing As a Kitchen Supervisor at La Taqueria, you’ll play a key role in delivering the authentic flavors our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our recipes and standards. - Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace. - Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met at all times. - Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. - Lifting and handling heavy objects as part of daily kitchen operations. What We're Looking For We’re seeking someone with a passion for cooking and the skills to match. Here’s what we’re looking for: - At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar role. - Ability to lift and handle heavy objects as part of the job. - Strong work ethic and attention to detail. - Spanish-speaking skills are preferred to help foster communication in our diverse team.
