Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: Provide dignified personal care and assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and incontinence care.

• Routine Management: Administer timely medication management, prepare nutritious meals, and assist with meal prep.

• Transport & Errands: Provide safe transportation to and from appointments and local errands as needed.

• Environment Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment through light housekeeping tasks.

• Professional Communication: Document client needs accurately and proactively communicate any changes in physical or cognitive condition.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Requirements: Must be 19+, have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.

• Screening: Ability to pass comprehensive background checks

• Legal: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

• Core Traits: Empathetic, kind-hearted, dependable, and strictly on time. You must possess the ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations.

• Experience Bonus: Prior experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia care is a major plus!
