Assembler

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Assembler to join their client's dynamic team in Carlsbad, California. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team, contributing to high-quality production standards and ensuring the assembly of components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Assembling components and parts according to specifications and instructions. Inspecting finished products for quality assurance and adherence to guidelines. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Reporting any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor for resolution. Qualifications Previous experience in assembly or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment for assembly tasks. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
