Paralegal- Corporate Governance
90-110k, Hybrid.
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Law Firm seeking to add an experienced Paralegal to their Corporate Governance Practice Group.
Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic and international corporate entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and nonprofit organizations.
- Prepare, file, and maintain organizational documents, including certificates of incorporation, bylaws, operating agreements, partnership agreements, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, and conversions.
- Maintain corporate records, minute books, stock ledgers, and governance databases.
- Coordinate annual meetings, board meetings, shareholder meetings, and written consents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- Minimum of 2+ years of corporate governance, corporate maintenance, or securities paralegal experience in a large law firm.
- Strong knowledge of corporate entity structures and governance principles.
- Experience managing complex entity portfolios and corporate records
